1. Change of Mind

• No returns for change of mind or incorrect selection.

2. Natural Stone Variations

• Variations in colour, shade, and veining are natural and not defects.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

• Inspect goods on delivery or collection.
• Claims must be made within 48 hours with photos.
• If approved, we may replace the product, issue a store credit, or refund the value of the affected goods.

4. Returns Process

• Returns must be pre-approved in writing.
• Goods must be unused, in original condition, and returned at the customer’s cost.
• A restocking fee may apply.

5. Refunds

Refunds processed within 14 business days once approved.
