• A deposit may be required to secure stock.
• Payment must be made in full before goods are collected or delivered.

4. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery dates are estimates only.
• Customers must ensure suitable site access.
• Risk passes to the customer upon collection or delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

• No returns for change of mind.
• Damage claims must be made within 48 hours.
• Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days and may incur a restocking fee.

6. Liability

• Not responsible for damage from improper installation, handling, or maintenance.
• Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of goods.

7. Installation & Maintenance

• We supply stone only and are not responsible for installation.
• Installation should be by qualified professionals.
